Returns and refunds

We want you to love your Everpetal. If you don't, here is exactly how returns work.

Changed your mind

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, and you then have a further 14 days to send it back. Items must be unused, with all parts, and in their original packaging. You cover the return postage unless the item is faulty. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.

Faulty, damaged or not as described

If anything arrives damaged, is missing parts, or does not work, email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo or short video and we will send a replacement or refund you in full, including any postage you paid. You will not be asked to return a damaged item at your own cost.

How to start a return

Email everpetalhome@gmail.com with your order number and the reason. We reply with the return address and instructions, usually the same day. Please do not send anything back before you have heard from us.

Exceptions

Items that have been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned under the change-of-mind rule, but your rights for faulty goods are unaffected.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
