Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item is unavailable, a price was shown in error, or we cannot verify payment. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments, PayPal or the wallet you choose.

Products

The Everpetal Tulip Lamp is supplied as a kit for you to assemble following the included instructions. It is a decorative light, not a toy, and small parts are not suitable for young children without supervision. Colours may differ slightly from photographs because of screens and lighting.

Promotions

Sale prices and bundle offers apply for the period shown on the site and may be withdrawn or changed. Only one automatic discount applies per order unless stated otherwise.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when you ordered.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in its courts. If you live elsewhere you keep the protection of your local consumer law.
